AN ACT For the relief of Pedro Irizarry Guido.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Pedro Irizarry Guido, of San Juan, Puerto Kico, the sum of $3,581.05 in full settlement of all his claims against the United States for additional compensation for overtime and night work during the period of July 10, 1946, to March 24, 1952, as an employee of the Department of the Army, Quartermaster Supply Office, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Eico. No part of the amount appropriated in this Act thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved July 13, 1970.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 203(a)(2) and 204 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Rogelio Tabhan, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mrs. Araceli T. Pixler, a lawful permanent resident of the United States: Provided, That the natural mother, brothers, or sisters of the said Rogelio Tabhan shall not, by A'irtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. AN ACT To remove a cloud on the titles of certain property located in Malin, Oregon.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the United States hereby releases and quitclaims to the owners of record of the lots hereinafter named those interests reserved pursuant to the Act of August 30, 1890 (26 Stat. 371, 391), relating to the right of the United States to construct ditches and canals upon and through Lots 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, and 10 in Block 29, and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 in Block 30 in Malin, Oregon, all as shown on that certain supplemental plat of Malin (Klamath County) Oregon, filed July 5, 1939. Approved July 22, 1970.
