which is not clearly proven to have been destroyed. The bond of indemnity shall be in such form and amount and with such surety, sureties, or security as the Secretary of the Treasury shall require. "(c) No relief shall be granted on account of interest coupons claimed to have been attached to a security unless the Secretary is satisfied that such coupons have not been paid and are in fact destroyed or will not become the basis of a valid claim against the United States. " (d) The term 'security' means any direct obligation of the United States issued pursuant to law for valuable consideration, including bonds, notes, certificates of indebtedness, and Treasury bills, and interim certificates issued for any such security." Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United /States of America in Congress assembled, That the President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation (1) designating the calendar week beginning on May 30, 1971, and ending on June 5, 1971, as "National Peace Corps Week"; and (2) inviting the Governors and mayors of States and local governments of the United States to issue similar proclamations. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represetitatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Act of May 13, 1970 (84 Stat. 207; Public Law 91-247) is amended by striking out of paragraph (b) the figure $193,000,000 and inserting in lieu thereof the figure $273,000,000. Approved June 1, 1971.

Public Law 92-22 AN ACT To establish within the Department of the Interior the position of an additional Assistant Secretary of the Interior,

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Department of United States of America in Congress assembled, That there shall be Interior. hereafter in the Department of the Interior, in addition to the Assistant Additional Secretaries now provided by law, an additional Assistant Secretary of Assistant secre the Interior who shall be appointed by the President by and with the *^'^' advice and consent of the Senate, who shall be responsible for such duties as the Secretary of the Interior shall prescribe, and shall receive compensation at the rate now or hereafter prescribed by law for Assistant Secretaries of the Interior.
