"Sli-^, G. ]^, Koj^al, a citizen of the United States, may be approved 8 USC 1154. ]jursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural brothers or sisters of the beneficiaries shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Xationality Act. That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act.
