For the relief of Wolfgang Kutter,

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the periods of time Wolfgang Kutter has resided in the United States since his lawful admission for permaiient residence on August 13, 1962, shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. For the relief of Kenneth J. AVolff.

Be it enacted by the Senate aivd House of Representatives of the United States of Amenca in Congress oMsembled^ That Kenneth J.,„5f""^'^"^' Wolff, of Missoula, Montana, is relieved of liability to the United Wolff. States in the amount of $825.00, representing overpayment (made as a result of administrative error) of his pay while he was on active duty with the United States JSIarine Corps. In the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, credit shall be given for amounts for which liability is relieved by this section. SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said Kenneth J. Wolff, referred to in the first section of this Act, an amount equal to the aggregate of any amounts paid by him, or withheld from sums otherwise due him, with respect to the indebtedness to the United States specified in the first section of this Act. No part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved October 21, 1972. For the relief of Alberto Rodriguez.

Be it enacted by the Seriate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the periods of time Alberto Rodriguez has resided in the United States and any State since his lawful admission for permanent residence on December 12, 1961, shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. I n the case the petition for naturalization may be filed with any court having naturalization jurisdiction. Approved October 21, 1972.
