Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Cedar Keys United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in accordance Wilderness, F l a. with section 3(c) of the Wilderness Act of September 3, 1964 (78 Stat. Designation. 890, 892; 16 U.S.C. 1132 (c)), certain lands in the Cedar Ke^s National Wildlife Refuge, Florida, as depicted on a map entitled "Cedar Keys Wilderness—Proposed", and dated August 1967, revised October 1, 1971, is hereby designated as the Cedar Keys Wilderness. The map shall be on file and available for poiblic inspection in the offices of the Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife, Eiepartment of the Interior. Map and e s c SEC. 2. As soon as practicable after this Act takes effect, the Secre- tion, filing dwithr i p tary of the Interior shall file a map and a legal description of the c o n g r e s s i o n a l Cedar Keys Wilderness with the Interior and Insular Affairs Com- committees mittees of the United States Senate and the House of Representatives, and such description shall have the same force and effect as if included in this Act: Provided, however, That correction of clerical and typographical errors in such legal description and map may be made. SEC. 3. The Cedar Keys Wilderness shall be administered by the Administration. Secretary of the Interior m accordance with the provisions of the Wilderness Act governing areas designated by that Act as wilderness n o16. u s e 1131 te areas, except that any reference in such provisions to the effective date of the Wilderness Act shall be deemed to be a reference to the effective date of this Act. Public Law 92-365 AN ACT To amend title 10 of the United States Code to permit the apiwintment by the Pi-esident of certain additional r>ers«ns to the service academies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Amenca in Congress assembled. That title 10 of the United States Code is amended as follows: (1) Section 4342(a)(1) is amended by striking out 4()-' and inserting in place thereof "65" and by striking out "service." at the end of the first sentence and by inserting in place thereof "service, sons of members who are in a 'missing status' as defined in section 551(2) of title 37. and sons of civilian employees who are in 'missing status' as defined in section 5561(5) of title 5." (2) Section 6954(a)(1) is amended by striking out "40"1 and inserting in place thereof "65" and by striking out "service." at the end of the first sentence and by inserting in place thereof "ser\'ice, sons of members who are in a 'missing status' as defined in section 551(2) of title 37. and sons of civilian employees who are in 'missing status' as defined in section 5561(5) of title 5.
