CORRECTIONS OF ENROLLED BILL S. 1435 [H. con. Res.402] Resolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring)^ That in the enrollment of the bill (S. 1435), to reorganize the ^"*^' P- '^'^'*-' governmental structure of the District of Columbia, to provide a charter for local government in the District of Columbia, subject to acceptance by a majority of registered qualified electors in the District of Columbia, to delegate certain legislative powers to the local government, to implement certain recommendations of the Commission on the Organization of the Government of the District of Columbia, and for other purposes, the Secretary of the Senate shall make the following corrections: (1) In the parenthetical phrase in section 602(a)(5) of the bill, strike out "the Act of July 16, 1947" and insert in lieu thereof "title I of the District of Columbia Income and Franchise Tax Act of 1947". (2) A t the end of section 738 of the bill, insert the following subsection: " (h) The foregoing provisions of this section shall take effect only if agreed to in accordance with the provisions of section 703(a) of this Act." (3) I n the first sentence of section 712 of the bill, strike out "711" and insert in lieu thereof "404 (a) ". P a s s e d December 19, 1973.

"SUMMARY OF VETERANS LEGISLATION REPORTED, December 20, 1973 NINETY-THIRD CONGRESS, FIRST SESSION" [H. con. Res.,88] Resolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring), That after the conclusion of the first session of the Ninety-third Con^"""^j'.l c o p i e s; additional gress there shall be printed for the use of the Committee on Veterans' c o p i e s. Affairs of the House of Representatives fifty-six thousand one hundred copies of a publication entitled "Summary of Veterans Legislation Reported, Ninety-third Congress, First Session", with an additional forty-four thousand two hundred copies for the use of Members of the House of Representatives. SEC. 2. After the conclusion of the first session of the Ninety-third Congress there shall be printed for the use of the Committee on Veterans' Affairs of the United States Senate twenty thousand copies of a publication similar to that authorized by the first section of this concurrent resolution, but with emphasis upon matters relating to veterans' affairs considered by the Senate or by the Committee on Veterans' Affairs of the Senate.
