under section M of the Act of August 24, 1935 (7 U.S.C. 612c): Provided, That of the foregoing total amount there shall be available $237,040,000 for- special assistance to needy schoolchildren, $60,000,000 for the school breakfast program, $22,110,000 for the nonfood assistance program, $1,500,000 for State administrative expenses, and $20,000,000 for special food service programs for children: Provided further, That funds provided herein shall remain available until expended in accordance with section 3 of the National School Lunch Act, as amended: Provided further, That no part of this appropriation shall be used for nonfood assistance under section 5 of the National School Lunch Act, as amended: Provided further, That an additional $64,325,000 shall be transferred to this appropriation from funds available under section 32 of the Act of August 24, 1935 (7 U.S.C. 612c), for purchase and distribution of agricultural commodities and other foods pursuant to section 6 of the National School Lunch Act, as amended: Provided further, That this appropriation shall be available for employment pursuant to the second sentence of section 706(a) of the Organic Act of 1944 (7 U.S.C. 2225), and not to exceed $75,000 .shall be available for employment under 5 U.S.C. 3109. For necessary expenses of the food stamp program pursuant to the Food Stamp Act of 1964, as amended, $2,500,000,000: Provided, That 78 Stat. 703; the availability of this appropriation is contingent upon the enactment ^'^y^usc 20u of necessary legislative authorization. note. TITLE V—GENEKAL PROVISIONS SEC. 501. Within the unit limit of cost fixed by lav7, appropriations ^ehfcies"^^'^ '""'"'^ and authorizations made for the Department of Agriculture under this Act shall be available for the purchase, in addition to those specifically provided for, of not to exceed seven hundred and twenty-six (726) passenger motor vehicles, of which five hundred and forty-five (545) shall be for replacement only, and for the hire of such vehicles.
