AN ACT To amend section 415 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, to provide for a two-year period of limitations in proceedings against carriers for the recovery of overcharges or damages not based on overcharges 93-508 Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974AN ACT To amend title 38, United States Code, to increase vocational rehabilitation subsistence allowances, educational and training assistance allowances, and special allowances paid to eligible veterans and persons under chapters 31, 34, and 35 of such title; to improve and exp and the special programs for educationally d sadvantaged veterans and servicemen under chapter 34 of such title; to improve and expand the veterans t u d e n t services program; to establish an education loan program for veterans and persons eligible for benefits under chapter 34 or 35 of such title; to m a k e other improvements in the educational assistance program and in the administration of educational benefits; to promote the employment of veterans and the wives and widows of certain veterans by improving and expanding the provisions governing the operation of the Veterans Employment Service, by increasing the employment of veterans by Federal contractors and subcontractors, and by providing for an action p an for the employment of disabled and Vietnam era veterans within the Federal Government; to codify and expand veterans reemployment rights; and for other purposes 93-509 National Wildlife Refuge System Administration Act Amendments of 1974. AN ACT To amend the National Wildlife Refuge System Administration Act of 1966 to r e q u r e payment of the fair m a r k e t value of rights-of-way or other interests granted in such areas in connection with such uses, and for other purposes 93-510 Joint Funding Simplification Act of 1974. AN ACT To provide authority to expedite procedures for consideration and approval of projects drawing upon more than one Federal assistance program, to simplify requirements for operation of those projects, and for other purposes 93-511 Emergency Petroleum Allocation Act of 1973, extension. A N ACT To extend the Emergency Petroleum Allocation Act of 1973 until August 31, 1975 93-512 Judicial disqualification. AN ACT To improve judicial m a chinery by amending title 28, United States Code, to broaden and clarify the grounds for judicial disqualification 93-513 Nuclear incidents, paymen' of claims. AN ACT Assuring compensation for damages cau ed by nuclear incidents involving the nuclear reactor of a United States warslup 9 3 - 5 1 4 — Nuclear information, report to Congress. A N ACfT To provide available nuclear information to committees and Members of Congress 9 3 - 5 1 5 — D.C., educational personnel, practice of psychology; unemployment compensation. AN ACT To authorize the District of Columbia to enter into the I n t e r s t a t e Agreement on Qualification of Educational Personnel, and to amend the Practice of Psychology Act and the District of Columbia Unemployment Compensation Act 9 3 - 5 1 6 — Vocational rehabilitation services. AN ACT To extend the authorizations of appropriations in the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 for one year, to transfer the Rehabilitation Services Administration to the Office of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, to m a k e certain technical and clarifying amendments, and for other purposes; to amend the Randolph-Sheppard Act for the blind; to strengthen the program authorized thereunder; and to provide for the convening of a White House Conference on Handicapped Individuals 93-517 Departments of Labor, and Health, Education, and Welfare Appropriation Act, 1976. AN ACT Making appropriations for the Department s of Labor, and Health, Education, and Welfare, and related agencies, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, and for other purposes
