SEC. 3. That the expenses of the Members are authorized to be paid from the contingency funds of the Senate and House of Representatives as approved, respectively, by the Committee on Rules and Administration and the Committee on House Administration. Agreed to May 16, 1974.

ADJOURNMENT-HOUSE O F REPRESENTATIVES AND SENATE

Resolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring), That when the House adjourns on Thursday, May 23, 1974, it stand adjourned until 12 o'clock noon on Tuesday, May 28, 1974, and that when the Senate adjourns on Wednesday, May 22, 1974, it stand adjourned until 12:00 o'clock noon on Tuesday, May 28, 1974, or until 12 o'clock noon on the second day after their respective Members are notified to reassemble in accordance with section 2 of this resolution, whichever event first occurs. SEC. 2. The Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate shall notify the Members of the House and the Senate, respectively, to reassemble whenever in their opinion the public interest shall warrant it or whenever the majority leader of the House and the majority leader of the Senate, acting jointly, or the minority leader of the House and the minority leader of the Senate, acting jointly, file a written Request with the Clerk of the House and the Secretary of the Senate that the Congress reassemble for the consideration of legislation. "SURGEON GENERAL'S REPORT BY THE SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON TELEVISION AND SOCIAL BEHAVIOR"-HEARINGS

Resolved by the Senate {the House of Representatives concurring), That there be printed for the use of the Senate Committee on Commerce one thousand additional copies of its hearings of the Ninetysecond Congress, second session, entitled "Surgeon General's Report by the Scientific Advisory Committee on Television and Social Behavior.". Agreed to May 23, 1974.

"SUMMARY OF VETERANS LEGISLATION R E P O R T E D, NINETY-THIRD CONGRESS"

Resolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring), That after the conclusion of the Ninety-third Congress there shall be printed for the use of the Committee on Veterans' Affairs of the House of Representatives fifty-six thousand one hundred copies of a publication entitled "Summary of Veterans Legislation Reported, Ninetythird Congress", with an additional forty-four thousand two hundred copies for the use of Members of the House of Representatives.
