Public Law 93-518 Farm Labor Contractor Registration Act Amendments of 1974A N ACT To amend the F a r m Labor Contractor Registration Act of 1963 to provide for the extension of coverage and to further effectuate the enforcement of such Act 93-519 Coast Guard icebreaking operations. AN ACT To amend section 2 of title 14, United States Code, to authorize icebreaking operations in foreign waters pursuant to international agreements, and for other purposes 9 3 - 5 2 0 - _ - Chester Bridge, Ill-Mo. AN ACT To extend for one year the time for entering into a contract under section 106 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1974 93-521 Mansfield Lake, Ind., name change. AN ACT To provide that Mansfield Lake, Indiana, shall be known as "Cecil M. Harden Lake" . 93-522 Sequoia National Park, Calif., hydroelectric project permit. AN ACT To authorize the continued use of certain lands within Sequoia National P a r k by portions of an existing hydroelectric project 9 3 - 5 2 3. - _ Safe Drinking Water Act. AN ACT To amend the Public Health Service Act to assure that the public is provided with safe drinking water, and for other p rposes 93-524 Vessels, net tonnage, deduction for space used for waste materials. AN ACT To deduct from gross tonnage in determining net tonnage those spaces on board vessels used for waste materials 93-525 Armed Forces, command of flying units. AN ACT To amend title 10, United States Code, by repealing the requirement that only certain officers with aeronautical ratings may command flying units of the Air Force 93-526 Presidential Recordings and Materials Preservation Act. AN ACT To protect and preserve t a p e recordings of conversations involving former President Richard M. Nixon and m a d e during his tenure as President, and for other purposes. 93-527 Veterans and Survivors Pension Adjustment Act of 1974- AN ACT To amend title 38 of the United States Code to liberalize the provisions relating to payment of disability and death pension and dependency and indemnity compensation, to increase income limitations, and for other purposes. 9 3 - 5 2 8 — Antitrust Procedures and Penalties Act. AN ACT To reform consent decree procedures, to increase penalties for violation of the Sherman Act, and to revise the Expediting Act as it pertains to Appellate Review 93-529 Budget authority, recission. AN ACT To rescind certain budget authority recommended in the messages of the President of September 20, 1974 (H. Doc. 93-361), October 4, 1974 (H. Doc. 93-365) and November 13, 1974 (H. Doc. 93-387), transmitted pursuant to section 1012 of the I m p o u n d m e n t Control Act of 1974 93-530 San Carlos Apache Indian Tribe, Ariz., lands in trust. A N ACT To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to purchase property located within the San Carlos Mineral Strip 93-531 Indians, Hopi and Navajo Tribes, mediator. AN ACT To provide for final settlement of the conflicting rights and interests of the Hopi and Navajo Tribes to and in lands lying within the joint use area of the reservation established by the Executive order of December 16, 1882, and lands lying within the reservation created by the Act of June 14, 1934, and for other purposes 93-532 Former Speakers of the House of Representatives.
