SEC. 4. Section 6 of such resolution is further amended by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection: "(c) A person who provides voluntary and uncompensated services to the Commission shall not by reason of such service be deemed to be an employee of the United States. Any such person may be reimbursed for travel, subsistence, and other necessary expenses incurred by them in the performance of their service to the Commission upon the approval of the chairman.". Approved August 9, 1975.
