SEC. 402. The Secretary of Defense may establish or develop installations and facilities which he determines to be vital to the security of the United States, and in connection therewith to acquire, construct, convert, rehabilitate, or install permanent or temporary public works, including land acquisition, site preparation, appurtenances, utilities, and equipment in the total amount of $10,000,000. The Secretary of Defense, or his designee, shall notify the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives, immediately upon leaching a final decision to implement, of the cost of construction of any public works undertaken under this section, including real estate actions pertaining thereto. AUTHORIZATIONS
SEC. 403. (a) Public Law 92-545, as amended, is amended under the heading "INSIDE THE UNITED STATES" under the subheading "DEFENSE SUPPLY AGENCY" in section 401 as follows: With respect to Defense General Supply Center, Richmond, Virginia, strike out "$1,171,000" and insert in place thereof "$1,365,000". (b) Public Law 92-545, as amended, is amended by striking out in clause (4) of section 702 "$33,004,000" and inserting in place thereof "$33,198,000".
