Public Law 94-154 94th Congress An Act Relating to certain Forest Service timber sale contracts involving road construction.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 4 of the Act of October 13, 1964 (78 Stat. 1089), is amended by adding at the end thereof a new sentence as follows: "The Secretary is authorized, under such rules and reg;ulations as he shall prescribe, to permit the transfer of unused effective purchaser credit for road construction earned after the date of enactment of this sentence, from one timber sale to a purchaser to another timber sale to the same purchaser within the same National Forest.". Approved December 16, 1975.
