For an additional amount for "Capitol grounds", for modifications to and replacement of existing traffic signals and installation of additional traffic signals and all items a p p u r t e n a n t thereto, conforming to previous authorization for such purpose contained in the Legislative Branch Appropriation Act, 1974 (87 Stat. 541), $100,000. For a n additional amount for "Senate office buildings", $696,000, of which $200,000 shall remain available until expended. For an additional amount for "Senate office buildings" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $29,000. LIBRARY BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS STRUCTURAL AND MECHANICAL

For an additional amount for " L i b r a r y buildings and grounds, structural and mechanical care", $213,000. ADMINISTRATIVE

PROVISION

The t h i r d paragraph under the heading "Office of the Architect of 40 USC 16()b-3. the Capitol" and the sub-heading "Salaries" in the Legislative B r a n c h Appropriation Act, 1960 (73 Stat. 407), as amended by section 214(p) of Public Law 90-206 (81 Stat. 638), is amended by striking out "one 40 USC 16(.b-3. position" under the appropriation "Capitol Buildings" and inserting in lieu thereof "two positions" under the appropriation "Capitol Buildings". LIBRARY OF CONGRESS SALARIES AND

EXPENSES

For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses" for increased custody and care of the L i b r a r y buildings, and for additional support for the preservation of motion pictures, $312,800. For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses" for the period July 1, 1976^ through September 30, 1976, $36,000. DISTRIBUTION OF CATALOG CARDS SALARIES AND EXPENSES

The amount of $300,000 is hereby made available for "Salaries and expenses" to reimburse the United States Postal Service for valid unpaid obligations created in fiscal year 1973 to be derived by restoration of fiscal year 1974 unobligated balances, notwithstanding the provisions of 3 i U.S.C. 701. ADMINISTRATIVE

PROVISION

The Disbursing Officer of the L i b r a r y of Congress is authorized 2 USC 142e. to disburse funds appropriated for the Congressional Budget Office, and the L i b r a r y of Congress shall provide financial management support to the Congressional Budget Office as may be required and mutually agreed to by the L i b r a r i a n of Congress and the Director of the Congressional Budget Office.
