For an additional amount for "Grants-in-Aid for Airports (Airport and Airway Trust F u n d) "; $50,000,000, to be derived from the Airport and Airway Trust Fund and to remain available until expended: Provided, That this appropriation shall be available only upon the enactment into law of authorizing legislation by the Ninetyfourth Congress. For an additional amount for "Grants-in-Aid for Airports (Airport and Airway Trust F u n d) " for the period July 1, 1976, throuirh September 30, 1976; $43,000,000, to be derived from the Airport and Airway Trust Fund and to remain available until expended: Provided, That this appropriation shall be available only upon the enactment into law of authorizing legislation by the Ninety-fourth Congress. For an additional payment to the urban mass transportation fund, for liquidation of contractual obligations incurred under authority of the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964 (49 U.S.C. 1601 ct seq., as amended by Public Laws 91-453 and 93-503) and sections 103(e)(4) and 142(c) of title 23, United States Code; $300,000,000, to remain available until expended. For an additional amount for "Liquidation of contract authorization" for the period July 1, 1976, to September 30, 1976, $50,000,000, to remain available until expended.
