Battle of Plattsburg. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States ry America in Congress assembled, That the proper Claims or ee.-. accounting officers of the treasury be, and they are hereby, authorized "*§¤_ °**l°°*’¤ Wl and directed to adjust and settle the claims for one month's services of igowsfililii-,,l,°i,; the officers and soldiers of the fourth regiment in the second brigade adjusted and setof the third division of the militia of the State of Vermont, who served md' at the battle of Plattsburg on the eleventh day of September, one thousand eight hundred and fourteen, for their military services on that occasion, and that the same be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
