Angus ro; 5 fourth` of March next, be paid to Anne W. Angus, widow of Samuel Y°*“‘S- Angus, late a post captain in the navy, out of any moneys in the treas- Proviso. ury not otherwise appropriated : Provided, That, in case of the death of said Anne W. Angus during the said term, said grant shall enure to the benefit of her children for the remainder thereof; and in case of her ceasing to be a widow, said grant shall cease altogether.
