SEC. 205. The period of July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, 5 USC 5532 note, shall be treated as part of the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1976, for the purposes of the following provisions of law: (1) section 5532(c) (ii) of title 5, United States Code; (2) sections 3, 4, and 5 of the Act of September 2, 1937 (50 Stat. 917,918), as amended (16 U.S.C. 669b, 669c, 669d); (3) sections 3, 4, and 5 of the Act of August 9, 1950 (64 Stat. 432), as amended (16 U.S.C. 777b, 777c, 777d); (4) section 1 of the Act of August 12, 1955 (69 Stat. 698; 16 U.S.C. 669b-l); (5) section 26 of the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933, as amended (16 U.S.C. 831y); .^ _
