Public Law 94-343 94th Congress An Act To amend the Central, Western, and South Pacific Fisheries Development Act to extend the appropriation authorization through fiscal year 1979, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Central, Western, and South Pacific Fisheries Development Act (86 Stat. 744; 16 U.S.C. 758a note) is amended— (1) by striking in section 2 the words "three-year"; (2) by striking in section 4 the words "June 30, 1976, a complete" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "January 30 of each year, an annual"; and (3) by inserting ", and for the period beginning July 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1979, the sum of $3,000,000," in section 7. Approved July 6, 1976.
