For a n additional amount for "Administration of territories", $34,200,000, of which $15,000,000 shall be available only upon enactment of authorizing legislation, to remain available until expended, including $8,500,000 for grants to the Virgin Islands and $25,700,000, of which $15,000,000 shall be available only upon enactment of authorizing legislation for grants to Guam. TRUST TERRITORY OF THE PACIFIC ISLANDS
For an additional amount for " T r u s t Territory of the Pacific Islands", $22,460,000, to remain available until expended, including not to exceed $10,000,000 to offset losses in Federal grants-in-aid as authorized by Public Law 94-255: Provided, That $4,000,000 for grants for the rehabilitation of Enewetak Atoll in the Marshall Islands shall be available only upon enactment into law of authorizing legislation.
