PUBLIC LAW 95-184—NOV. 15, 1977 SEC. 203. In authorizing funds under this Act, Congress asserts its readiness to consider, in accordance with the processes set forth in
- ^^ Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 and
^ ^ Budget and Accounting Act, 1921, such modifications in the United ^® States cruise missile programs as the President may recommend to facilitate either negotiation or agreement in arms limitation or reduc^ tion talks. Approved November 15, 1977.
