Public Law 95-196 95th Congress An Act Nov. 19, 1977 [H.R. 2770]

U.S. courts of appeals, judges, accommodations.

To amend section 142 of title 28, United States Code, relating to the furnishing of accommodations to judges of the courts of appeals of the United States.

Be it enacted by the Setmte aind House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress ossemMed^ That section 142 of title 28, United States Code, is amended by adding the following sentence at the end thereof: "The limitations and restrictions contained in this section shall not be applicable to the furnishing of accommodations to judges of the courts of appeals at places where Federal facilities are available and the judicial council of the circuit approves.". Approved November 19, 1977.
