Public Law 95-55 95th Congress An Act To authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to permit general recreational access and geothermal explorations for six months within a portion of the Bull Run Reserve, Mount Hood National Forest, Oregon.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, In Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding section 1862 of title 18, United States Code, and without prejudice to any appeal pending or which may be taken from any decision based thereon, and in accordance with all other laws applicable to the -. ^ .

• National Forest System, the Secretary of Agriculture is authorized to manage under the provisions of the Multiple Use-Sustained Yield Act of 1960 (74 Stat. 215; 16 U.S.C. 528-531), for six months after the date of this Act, that area comprising approximately forty-two thousand five hundred acres depicted as the "Special Management Area, Bull Run Reserve, Mount Hood National Forest, Oregon" on a map dated June 1977, which is on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Chief, Forest Service, United States Department of Agriculture. Approved June 25, 1977.
