SEC. 119. The first sentence of section 492 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 is amended by striking out "1976 and 1977" and inserting in lieu thereof "1977 and 1978".

SEC. 123. (a) Section 620(a) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 22 USC 2370. is amended— (1) in the first sentence of paragraph (1) by striking out the . semicolon and all that follows through " States "; and (2) by striking out paragraph (3).
