Public Law 95-231 95th Congress An Act To amend the Interstate Commerce Act to authorize appropriations for the Office of Rail Public Counsel for fiscal year 1078.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Section 27(6) of the Interstate Commerce Act (49 U.S.C. 26b(6)) is amended— (1) by striking out "and" immediately after "1976,"; and (2) by inserting immediately before the period at the end thereof the following: ", and not to exceed $1,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1978". Approved February 15, 1978.
