Public Law 96-134 96th Congress An Act To designate the building known as'the Federal Building in Wilmington, Delaware, as the "J. Caleb Boggs Building'"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the building at J. Caleb Boggs 844 King Street, Wilmington, Delaware (commonly known as the Building. Federal Building) shall hereafter be known and designated as the "J. Designation. Caleb Boggs Building". Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to that building shall be held to be a reference to the "J. Caleb Boggs Building'. Approved December 5, 1979.
