Public Law 96-162 96th Congress An Act To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to engage in a feasibility study.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the Secretary Yakima River of the Department of the Interior is authorized and directed to Basin Water conduct a feasibility study of the Yakima River Basin Water p^^^t^ Enhancement Project, which shall include an analysis by the United feasibility study. States Geological Survey of the water-supply data for the Yakima River Basin. The Secretary is authorized to accept moneys from the State of Washington or other persons or entities, public or private, to assist in the financing of the feasibility study. Approved December 28, 1979.
