Private Law 96-37 96th Congress An Act Dec. 28, 1979 [H.R. 1827] Emiko Okuma Colona. 8 USC 1101. 8 USC 1154.

For the relief of Emiko Okuma eolona. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Emiko Okuma Colona may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. George S. Colona, Junior, a citizen and a lawful permanent resident of the United States, respectively, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. For the relief of Solomon Mam. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a)(3) of the Immigration and Nationalify Act, Solomon Mani may be issued a visa and admitted to the l ^ t e d States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act: Provided further. That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the said Act. Approved December 28, 1979.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Rodolfo Jose Kozul may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed on his behalf by Robert Berrellez, a citizen of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
