SEC. 9. Notwithstanding any other provision of this or any other 42 USC 1882. Act, the Director of the National Science Foundation shall keep the Committee on Labor and Human Resources of the Senate and the Committee on Science and Technology of the House of Representatives fully and currently informed with respect to all of the activities of the National Science Foundation. Approved August 2, 1979.
