For the fiscal year ending September 30, 1981, there are 50 USCT*'°225i authorized to be appropriated to the Director $1,000,000 to carry out note. ^^^ paragraphs (1) through (5) of section 301 and such sums as may be necessary to cany out paragraph (6) of such section.
