(a) The House sets forth the following budgetary levels for fiscal years 1982 through 1983— (1) the recommended level of Federal revenues is as follows: Fiscal year 1982: $682,100,000,000; Fiscal year 1983: $778,300,000,000; (2) the appropriate level of total new budget authority is as follows: Fiscal year 1982: $754,450,000,000; Fiscal year 1983: $821,800,000,000; (3) the appropriate level of total budget outlays is as follows: Fiscal year 1982: $695,950,000,000; Fiscal year 1983: $755,300,000,000; (4) the amount of the deficit or surplus in the budget which is appropriate in light of economic conditions and all other relevant factors is as follows: Fiscal year 1982: -$13,850,000,000; Fiscal year 1983: +$23,000,000,000; (5) the appropriate level of the public debt is as follows: Fiscal year 1982: $1,017,850,000,000; Fiscal year 1983: $1,031,850,000,000; and the amount by which the temporary statutory limit on such debt should be accordingly increased is as follows: Fiscal year 1982: $46,850,000,000; Fiscal year 1983: $24,000,000,000.
