TITLE XVII AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS
SEC. 170L Authorization of amounts to be appropriated under this Act shall be effective October 1, 1981. Authority to enter into cooperative agreements and to make payments under this Act shall be effective only to such extent or in such amounts as are provided in advance in appropriation Acts. TITLE XVIII DEFINITION
SEC. 1801. As used in this Act, except as otherwise specifically provided, the term "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Interior. Approved December 28, 1980.
