(1) to provide logistical support and personnel services for the national observance of such event; (2) to lend and provide equipment to ofiHicials of the Yorktown Bicentennial Committee as requested by the Secretary of the Interior; and (8) to provide such other services as the Secretary of the Ulterior may consider necessary and the Secretary of Defense niav consider advisable. (b) Tnere is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Appropriation Defense an amount not to exceed $750,000 for the purpose of carrying authorization. out subsection (a). (c) No funds may be obligated or expended for carrying out the purp(»es of subsection (a) unless such funds have been specifically appropriated for such purposes. Approved December 1, 1981.
