PUBLIC LAW 97-90—DEC. 4, 1981 (2) a thorough and detailed program management plan for the disposal of such wastes, including but not limited to— (A) an explicit schedule for decisions regarding the further processing and permanent disposal of such wastes; (B) a general description of new facilities likely to be required to achieve such permanent disposal; and (C) identification of all major program objectives, milestones, key events, and critical path items.
