Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Marine United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 111 of R^°it*i^"', the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act, as amended sSctiaries Act, (33 U.S.C. 1420), is amended by striking "and fiscal year 1982," and amendment. ' inserting in lieu thereof "and not to exceed $4,213,000 for fiscal year 94 Stat. 3344.
