Computer slrvices^^^ advance payments. 2 USC 123C-1.

IJIQ authorize the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate, subject to the approval of the Committee on Rules and Administration, to enter into contracts which provide for the making of advance payments for computer programing services.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate, subject to the approval of the Committee on Rules and Administration, is hereafter authorized to enter into contracts which provide for the making of advance payments for computer programing services. Approved July 6, 1981.
