(5) The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 367 is amended by striking out the item relating to section 3922. (6)(A) Section 5455 is repealed. (B) The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 533 is amended by striking out the item relating to section 5455. (7) The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 539 is amended— (A) by striking out the item relating to section 5573a; and (B) by striking out the item relating to section 5596 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
