REPORT TO CONGRESS
SEC. 7. The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall report to the Congress within ninety days after the date of the enactment of this Act with respect to the actions being taken to prevent payments from being made under title n of the Social Security Act to deceased ^2 USC 4oi. individuals, including to the extent possible the use of the death records available under the medicare program to screen the cash benefit rollsforsuchdeceased individuals.
