Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled That the President shall issue a proclamation dmgaating February 7 through 13, 1982, as "National Scleroderma Week"7and calling upon the people of the United States to observe such week with appropriate ceremonies and activities. Approved December 29, 1981.
