For grants pursuant to section 7 of the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 (Public Law 95-313): $3,565,000 for fiscal year 1982, $3,821,000 for fiscal year 1983, and $4,038,000 for fiscal year 1984. RURAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING GRANTS For rural development planning grants pursuant to section 306(a)(ll) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(ll)): $4,767,000 for fiscal year 1982, $4,959,000 for fiscal year 1983, and $5,155,000 for fiscal year 1984.
