SEC. 189. (a) Section 5(f)(2)(A) (as amended by section 107(a) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981 (95 Stat. 360)) is 7 USC 2014. amended by striking out "propsective" and inserting in lieu thereof "orosDective (b)(1) Clause (2) of section 6(g) (7 U.S.C. 2015(g)) is amended by striking out "Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare" and inserting in lieu thereof "Secretary of Health and Human Services". (2) Section 11 (7 U.S.C. 2020) is amended by— (A) in subsection (i), striking out "Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare" and inserting in lieu thereof "Secretary of Health and Human Services", and (B) in subsection 0'), striking out "Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare" and inserting in lieu thereof "Secretary of Health and Human Services". (3) The second sentence of section 16(e) (as redesignated by section 180(a)(2) of this Act) is amended by striking out "Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare" each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "Secretary of Health and Human Services". (c) Section 16(f) (as redesignated by section 180(a)(2) of this Act) is amended by striking out "; and" and inserting in lieu thereof a period. CONFORMING AMENDMENTS

SEC. 190. (a) Section 6(d)(2) (7 U.S.C. 2015(d)(2)) (as amended by section 159 of this Act) is amended by redesignating clauses (D) through (F) as clauses (C) through (E), respectively. (b) Section 6(d) (7 U.S.C. 2015(d)) (as amended by section 160 of this Act) is amended by redesignating paragraph (4) as paragraph (3). (c)(1) Section 11(e) (17 U.S.C. 2020(e)) (as amended by sections 167(b) and 172 of this Act) is amended by redesignating paragraphs (14) through (22) as paragraphs (13) through (21), respectively. (2) Section 7(f) (7 U.S.C. 2016(f)) is amended by striking out "section ll(e)(21)" and inserting in lieu thereof "section ll(e)(20)". (d) Section 17 (7 U.S.C. 2026) (as amended by sections 152(c), 181, and 182 of this Act) is amended by redesignating subsections (f) through (h) as subsections (d) through (f), respectively.
