Public Law 97-345 97th Congress An Act Oct. 15, 1982 [S. 1573]

To exempt the Lake Osw^o, O r ^ n, hydroelectric facility from part I of the Federal Power Act (Act of June 10, 1920) as amended, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Lake Oswego, United States of America in Congress assembled. That part I of the hvdfo'eiectric Federal Power Act (Act of June 10, 1920) as amended, and section facility. 408 of the Energy Security Act (Act of June 30, 1980), shall not be 16 USC 791a. applicable to the Lake Oswego, Oregon, hydroelectric facility or 16 USC 2701 Lake Oswego, until and unless otherwise provided by the Congress. note, Z7U5, Z7U8. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, this Act shall not be construed to affect the applicability of the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act (16 U.S.C. 661 et seq.) to the Lake Oswego, Oregon, hydroelectric facility or to Lake Oswego.
