Public Law 97-416 97th Congress An Act Jan. 4, 1983 [H.R. 6120] Deep Seabed Hard Mineral Resources Act, amendment.

To reauthorize the Deep Seabed Hard Mineral Resources Act forflscalyears 1988 and 1984.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 310 of the Deep Seabed Hard Mineral Resources Act (30 U.S.C. 1470) is amended by striking out the period at the end and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the following: "and $1,469,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1983, and $2,150,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1984.". Approved January 4, 1983.
