(4) In section 113 of the bill— (A) in the proposed subparagraph (B)(i) of section 215(a)(7) of the Social Security Act (contained in subsection (a) of such section 113), strike out "the preceding paragraphs of this subsection" in both the first and second sentences and insert in lieu thereof "paragraph (1) of this subsection"; (B) in the proposed subparagraph (D) of such section 215(a)(7), strike out "24 years" and insert in lieu thereof "25 years"; (C) add quotation marks at the end of the proposed paragraph (5) of section 215(d) of the Social Security Act (contained in subsection (b) of such section 113); and (D) in the proposed paragraph (9)(A) of section 215(f) of the Social Security Act (contained in subsection (c) of such section 113), insert "(notwithstanding paragraph (4) of this subsection)" after "shall be recomputed".
