Watson Post Office Building. rs 17971 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembed, That the United Jack D. Watson States Post Office Building to be constructed in Fort Worth, Texas, 3°^^?^^'% at the intersection of Meacham Boulevard and the Mark IV Park- DesignSion^ way, shall hereafter be named and designated the "Jack D. Watson Post Office Building". Any reference in a law, map, r^ulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be held to be a reference to the "Jack D. Watson Post Office Building". SERVICE OP GOVERNOR UNTIL SUCCESSOR QUALIFIES SEC. 2. Section 202(b) of title 39, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sentence: "A Governor may continue to serve after the expiration of his term until his successor has qualified, but not to exceed one year.".
