PUBLIC LAW 98-111—OCT. 4, 1983 97 STAT. 753 INDEPENDENT EVALUATION OF THE CUBA SERVICE SEC. 9. The United States Information Agency shall arrange, by 22 USC I465g. contract if necessary, an independent evaluation of Cuba Service programing, the results of which are to be set forth in a report to be prepared and transmitted to the Agency eighteen months after the date of enactment of this Act and at intervals of one year thereafter for the following three years.
