97 STAT. 814 PUBLIC LAW 98-122 —OCT. 12, 1983 Public Law 98-122 98th Congress An Act Oct. 12, 1983 To designate the Federal Building in Las Cruces, New Mexico, as the "Harold L, [S. 1724] Runnels Federal Building". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Harold L. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the building FedSI^f located at 200 East Griggs Street, Las Cruces, New Mexico, known Buikiing. ^ the Federal Building, shall hereafter be known and designated as Designation. the "Harold L. Runnels Federal Building". Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to that building shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Harold L.
