PUBLIC LAW 98-341—JULY 3, 1984 vation of our Nation's ducks and geese through the purchase of the duck stamp; (3) commemorating the efforts of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service to conserve wetland habitat; (4) highlighting the annual loss of thousands of acres of wetlands that threatens the valuable waterfowl and other natural resources that depend upon this habitat; and (5) calling upon the people of the United States to observe such year and such week and to participate in the duck stamp program. - - Approved July 3, 1984.
