(c) The first paragraph (4) in section 5(b) of such Act is amended by adding the following at the end thereof: "There are authorized to be appropriated for the purpose of conducting the study of the river named in paragraph (90) such sums as may be necessary.". The second paragraph (4) in such section 5(b) and paragraph (5) in such section 5(b) are redesignated as paragraphs (5) and (6) respectively. SEC. 6. The provisions of this Act shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act. Approved October 17, 1984.
