To amend the trade laws, authorize the negotiation of trade agreements, extend trade preferences, change the tariff treatment with respect to certain articles and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Trade and Tariff United States of America in Congress assembled, That this Act with Act of 1984. the following table of contents may be cited as the "Trade and Tariff 19 USC 1654 Act of 1984": note.
